Convenient location and friendly staff. Much easier to get in and out than the big box stores. Prices seem comparable.
If you are looking for an oddball hardware doohickie, this definitely IS the place where you should have looked first. Oh yeah, they also have all the usual stuff you would expect to find at those other stores. Nice folks, too.
This is a great hardware store. I've been here a few times to have a key made, purchase some fly traps, and once to check on paint prices. They are affordable, had a HUGE selection, and have extremely friendly and helpful staff.
I was very impressed! I was in search of a very specific item. After having gone to 3 other hardware stores, I called to see if they had this item in stock. The store clerk who answered, knew exactly what I was looking for, assured me that they had it, and THEN told me exactly where it was located in the store along with the price! Great customer service!!! I was in and out in no time with exactly what I was looking for ;)
